Is it against the Yahoo rules to tell a funny joke on Y!A?!
Question: Yahoo sent me a violation message for telling a funny joke, and said it wasn't a question? My question to all of you is, if telling jokes is a violation, why does Yahoo have a Jokes and Riddles section on this forum?

Appeal the violation!! I have heard of other people getting violations for telling jokes in the Jokes & Riddles category and that's just not right!!
But, you're right, the Yahoo Gestapo frowns on anyone telling jokes, funny or otherwise, and it's a quick way to a violation if you post one in any other category.
No, its not against the rules because someone probably thought it was inappropriate and reported it. It usually doesn't happen.

The biggest joke is Yahoo's alleged Universal platform and that it's going to happen...soon....very soon...very, very soon. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of good customers cannot access their 360, Messenger or other services for good chunks out of the day or ever. I am sure management is getting a great laugh over the hassles they are causing.
