Your friend: Who's there?

Your friend: Atch who?
You: Bless you!
Here's a better one
You: Knock knock
Your friend: Who's there?
You: I smell like map
Your friend: I smell like map who?
Get it? xD

Only rule I know is that the punch line has to be a really BAD pun based on the original response to the opening "knock, knock"

They should only involve two people, they should be funny (obviously!!!) The line after 'who's there?' should be quite short (preferably no more than two syllables, although I have heard funny 'knock knock' jokes that are longer than this!!!)
EXAMPLE:

Bob (well, I dunno :p)
etc....
