I haven't heard things like that in a long time. My grandmother use to say things like that when she was alive. She told me once to count the holes in a sifter bottom to know how many things I needed to start house keeping with. Children step on your toes when they are little but on your heart as they get older. You can tell how smart someone is by the wrinkles on their face. It's not what you have in life it is what you take care of that matters. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I miss HER.
