Place shaving cream in their hand when they asleep and tickle their nose with a feather then when they try to rub their nose they rub the shaving cream all over their face!
pretend to suddenly become a goth or a prep (whatever ones least like you) and take pix and go on msn or yahoo and put em up and pretend to be all preppy/goth and confuse ppl. then when they get REALLY freaked out tell em u were kidding lol
wake up early in the morning and put your victim outside in the cold. they will wake up and have no clue where they are.
(take digital pics of them sleeping lol)
omg i have a gud one my friend was doing at skool. pretend u lost ur voice and dont talk. then,u get 2 write wat u wanna say, then all of a sudden, write down 'Do you feel bad for me?' on a paper, and then say: Wow, for what? LOLZ!! my friend actually fooled my teachers AND THE PRINICPAL into thinking she lost her voice LOLZ even her parents LOL holy crap thatzz a gud trick!!
take some shaving cream and put it all over their face while sleepin .. or mousse for the hair :P they both work great! fake dye in the hair or if you rlly want to be nasty pour hot-warm water in a bowl and put their hand in it. when they wake up lol someone piss their pants !!
