I do the kong-fu-fighter-hovering maneuver to avoid the ring of roll! It's actually quite an art to master....I've managed to perfect it after many years of drinking in dirty pubs!
Edit:You can't beat a dirty pub....my dad would disown me if he caught me in a wine bar! Lol. I'm not too sure about the muscles though....all that food and beer over christmas had certainly took its toll! x

I prefer those public toilets that have cleaning sprays. take some toilet paper, spray on, wipe clean.

Yes it is a waste but if you need to go bad enough to use a public toilets my guess is that you don't have time to put the paper down?
