There have been many but i would like to share the most recent one. It was about a week ago.
One of my friend had his business mathematics exam. In the morning i texted him wishing good luck. He replied back saying he would be needing my help during the exam, so he will be carrying his cell phone in the exam hall. (Cell phones are not allowed in the halls, and i believed him).
Half an hour after the exam had commenced, i got a message from my friend asking the answer for one of the question in the exam. I searched all the books i had and replied back with the answer. For the next one hour he poured in questions and i got in touch with all the maths guru's i knew to get the answers. And tried my best to help him out.
After sometime i got a message from my friend saying the invigilators caught him with the phone and his paper has been cancelled. Also he will not be allowed to give the next exam. I called him up, without knowing what to do now.
Spoke to him and he told me that he did not go for the exam and everything as framed. I was so embarrased at that moment..all that come out were dirty slangs for him (which i rarely use). Next day everyone in my class knew about the incident.

sneaked on my friend and gave her a hug, boy was i wrong.
i was flirting with the girl i was going out, till i reliased
it was her twin sister (she borowed her sis's clothes so i couldn't tell the difference) and i told her private thing's bout our relationship.that resulting i me and her being blackmailed for 3 month's so she wouldn't tell her mum and dad about us. that was a fun time (^_^)
before you ask i reliased the difference when my GF walked in on us(i was bout to kiss her), luckly she was understandingon the issue...after a week of not talking to me!
Most recent... I went to the airport to pick up my boyfriend and I wanted to surprise him and I could have sworn on my life that The guy I ran up behind and hugged and said I love you too was my boyfriend. It wasn't. I wanted to die. Turned out that my boyfriend was still getting off the plane. The guy looked at me as if I was some crazy nut. His wife or girlfriend looked at me really bad too. lol I just walked away... really quick.
