Do you keep in contact with your contacts ? why or why not ?!
Question: I do. I have some that know me pretty good & still like me. lol. they know i'm a pretty good egg, even if my shells half cracked (slow joke) I've got the greatest contacts there is. Some are brilliant minds, some are really funny, sensitive & make a mean Italian Cream Cake-yum yum-- even send me wacky e-mails personally.
I do try to stay in touch with my contacts. They are special people & really appreciated.....
Your answers are appreciated too. I just wanted to know how many others out there feel the same way I do .

I contact mine occasionally, the ones that allow E-Mail at any rate, and for pretty much the same reason as you. It seems like a nice way to be.

I try . . .. really I do. But sometimes life interferes with my Y!A time, and I tend to neglect my wonderful contacts.

I am in contact with some of them. I actually met a lady on here and have become pretty good friends with her. I too am a pretty good egg with a shell half cracked if not all the way cracked. I'd like to get to know my contacts better, but at the same time I realize that in this virtual world we travel, we really don't know one another; so I'll just continue down this road until GOD brings something more of it!
Hi Dorothy- I do e-mail my contacts at times, and love each and every one of them. Everybody is unique. I want to thank YOU for the times we've contacted each other personally, and think this is one of the nicest questions I've ever answered. Life has gotten so busy, it's nice to be able to sit down and email a friend. When I don't keep in touch, it's only 'cause I'm busy. There are a few contacts I wouldn't mind sitting down to a cup of coffee (or soup n salad) with. But in this world, I'm willing to just email for a year or two. Then too, how far are we willing to travel to meet a friend we've never met before? And how would they react when I get out of my van, followed by a 50 lb. pit bull? Although no animals were harmed in the making of this email, the dogs cat (now 2 years old) has gotten close to having his fur rubbed the wrong way! He's such a brat! Just because his Mom's a pit bull, he thinks he can do anything! :)
