I'm a bass player (male) and I've played a few gigs wearing a skin tight black dress, steel toe-cap boots and a blonde wig. Walked through town wearing it to get to the gigs too. If you can intentionally humiliate yourself to make others laugh you've done a good deed. Almost altruistic, even if I do say so myself.
