Are you elderly and need to exercise?!


Question: Try this easy, at home method.
Find a level, comfortable place in your home with enough room to extend your arms to your sides.

Start with 5 lb potato sacks and hold them out to your sides until you can't hold them any longer. Do this until you can hold them for two minutes.

Then switch to 10 lb potato sacks until you can hold them out for two minutes.

Then move up to 50 lb potato sacks and then untimately move up to the 100 lb potato sacks, until you can hold them out to your sides for two minutes.

When you can do this, then add a potato to the sack, and repeat the exercises.
