I don't know if you've tried this before, but I used to do this one all the time to my dad. Put regular sized Scotch tape over the faucet (put it where the water comes out) and make sure that there are gaps so that some water can get through. If this is done correctly, when you turn the water on, it should go everywhere. Just make sure that you do this at the right time so that it's your brother who turns on the water and not somebody else. Another good trick is to put plastic wrap over the toilet. This creates a big mess when somebody goes to use the toilet! Another trick, similar to the last one, is putting butter on the toilet seat. When he goes to sit down, he'll slide right off! Cereal Box Switch
Remove the plastic bags from cereal boxes and switch them around. Your little brother will scratch his head wondering why Cheerios came out of a box of Lucky Charms.
I always do that when my little brother pisses me off.
Mail Box Prank
After the mail has already been delivered, fill the mail box with ping pong balls or packing nuts. Then ask your brother to go get the mail.
Shoe Polish Phone Prank
Coat the reciever of little brother's phone with shoe polish and then give them a call. Instant gratification. Make sure you match the colors of the polish and the phone. Small amounts of shaving cream work too.
If he doesn't have one,it's good too if only you and your brother is at home and you have a mobile phone.

Be carefull with this one, as to not ruin the keyboard. All you have to do is simply and very carefully remove a few keys and switch them around. If your little brother is one of those "look up and down" typers. He will be very confused while trying to get work done.
