64 boards! :) (I'm 6 years old and my sister taught me that it doesn't matter if your wrong, but if you put effort in what your doing. And I did try hard to answer your question.

Each side of the enclosure is four meters long so you need 4 boards right there. To build it to the height you need, you will need another four boards (0.25*4=1 meter). Sixteen boards for one side. HOWEVER!!!!! You need boards for all four sides and you have only accounted for the first of the four. So multiply your 16 boards by 4 to get the total number needed -- 64!!!!! THE SIX YEAR OLD WAS CORRECT! CALL HARVARD! CALL YALE!!!!!
