Question: someone else posted this, but the answer is bugging me...please answer someone!!!
Alright, this rebus puzzle has the word "action" (without quotation marks) running north to south, and the letters "t" and "i" (without quotations as well) to the left, parallel to the "t" and "i" in "action," like this:

Hopefully you can kind of see what I'm saying here..... but i can't figure this one out, so let's see what you come up with.

ok... my input in solving this....
it is going up... so "it's up" or "up it" "up north" "it's up north"
Action is going down. so. "down action" or "action down"
Not sure if it helps, but hey. never know.
