Question: While having tea with the Queen, George Bush asks how she makes sure she is surrounded by smart people.
"I ask the right questions" she says.
She phones Gordon Brown, "Answer this riddle: Your mother has a child and your father has a child, but the child is not your brother or sister. Who is it ?"

Bush returns to Washington and summons Dick Cheney.

Puzzled, Cheney says "Can i get back to you?"
In desperation he calls Condoleeza Ricefor help.
She immediately answers "It's me, of course."
Cheney rushes back to the White House, finds Bush and says "I know the answer, sir. I know who it is! It's Condoleeza Rice!"
Bush says in disgust, "Wrong, you dumbass; it's Gordon Brown!"
