Question: A bloke walks into a bar and says to the bartender "Isn't that George Bush and Colin Powell over there?"
"Yes, it sure is" he replies.
So the bloke goes over to their table, "Wow, this is a real honour. What are you guys doing here?"
Bush says "We are planning World War Three."
The bloke replies "Really? What's going to happen?"
Bush says "Well, this time we're going to kill 50 million Arabs and a bicycle repairman."
The bloke cries "A bicycle repairman? Why kill him?"
Bush turns to Powell and says "See, dummy! I told you no one would worry about the Arabs!"
