Who KISSES,Who gets KISSED ,Who SLAPS ,who Gets SLAP?!
Question: Professor & his student sitting in a train. On the opposite seat, young girl sitting with her grandmother. The train passes thro a tunnel. In the darkness there was a loud sound of kiss followed by a loud slap.
Old lady thinks-The boy has kissed the girl & girl has slapped boy.
Girl thinks- The boy should have kissed me, but in dark he kissed my grandmother,who(gm) has slapped the boy.
Professor thinks- The boy has kissed the girl but the girl has slapped me (Prof) instead.
What is the boy thinking?

The boy made kissing sounds to get back at his prof for the stress he's been given to him(boy), then later slaps him (prof) so that the boy can take revenge but not pay the price for it... well, the boy can always go back and spread to his friends that the prof got slapped for kissing someone... haha...

My best guess is the girl kisses the boy and the boy slaps the professor.
Because the girl assumes the grandmother did the slapping and vice versa, it can be concluded that neither did. And because the professor was the one who was slapped, and knowing that he could not have slapped himself by his assumption that the girl slapped him, that leaves the boy as the slapper.
We know that the boy could not have been doing the kissing (unless he WAS taunting his professor like other posts suggest). Both the professor and grandmother assume he kissed the girl, which means he could not have kissed either of them. The girl thinks the boy kissed her grandma, which means he could not have kissed her (the girl).
My best guess is that the girl kisses the boy. Her thought could be interpreted as thinking that the boy was going to kiss her, and if so, it could be inferred that the girl attempted to kiss him back, and on doing so, the boy mistakenly slaps his professor in reaction to her kiss.
However, if adding space and location into the mix, there probably would have been no way for the girl to kiss the boy, thinking he was kissing her grandmother at the same time, and if the kiss came from someone seated across from him, it would be illogical that the boy would reach over to slap the person to his side. So, maybe the boy was just taunting his professor after all.
He thinks " I should always kiss in the dark here after...he he..and should not miss the chance in the next tunnel as well"
I guess... The boy kissed the young girl which he aimed at and the young girl had hit the professor thinking it was him.
