I would start with a home large enough for my family, including my 3 kids and my fiance and me..
Then i would help out my mother and father.
Also set up scholships for my kids for college

Just paying all my present BILLS would take all the money.
Well given so much money there is a long list of wishes i have. So to name a few:

I'd love to give one million as charity to the NGO's in my country for the betterment of orphans coz they too need attention and affection for a better future.

One million to the people in Africa coz i recently got pics from there which shows what a pitiful life people live there....its really sorry to see that!

Well the above shows account for 6-7 million dollars. Probably i'll save the rest and invest some money!

i'd pay off all my familys bills and make sure there was plenty in the bank accounts, then i'd buy 2 cars(one for home, the other for the south) next i'd take everyone on a cruise sailing around europe, while on vacation i'd buy my mom that alexandrite ring that shes been drooling over, buy myself a gucci purse, give food certificates to all the people i pass living on the streets....then i'd cool it and save up
