There are two penguins in Australia, one looks at the other, and says, "Can you pass the soap?", and the other says "What do I look like, a type writer?"

OH...I get it now. It's supposed to be that punch line "No Soap Radio" thingy. I still don't get it, lol. But it was on Wikipedia.
