Is this a rhetorical answer?

Is it?

Just say I don't know thats too confusing. If you don't want to feel stupid saying that then just find a really hard riddle and ask him it straight after

rhetorical question is a question in which u get the answer positive......eg: you wil wash my clothes?s ans :yes,i wil..
u ask the question such that you get onli a positive answer....

Tell him: You are clearly expecting an answer, so it's not. Learn the rules, daddy.

Then ask him to raise your allowance.

A rhetorical question requires no answer... it is said for effect and not because it exects a reply... so for example if you are standing in a long queue and ask "Am I ever going to get served?", you are not really expecting someone to say, "yes, you will get served", you are just saying it for effect,to demonstrate your annoyance at having to wait.

So next time your dad asks you "is that a rhetorical question?", just tell him whether you expected a response or not.

could be,,,,

nope, it's not... a rhetorical question is like:
"What do u think ur doing?"
or
"How am I supposed to help you?"
kk these aren;t good examples but yea...

yes it was

PROBABLY.!!!

i dont know u tell me?

cool
