Question: ... he's harassed by a motorcycle cop. He bumps the cop's bike and takes off, cops chasing. A super-mouthy black dude at a local radio station, KOWA, takes up his (doomed) cause. I cannot find the name of this flick at IMDb or by googling... anybody know what it is?
