Well you don't need to email anybody. And no you don't need to be in a certain level. If you look closely there are "Report It" buttons near there questions or answers. All you do is click that with a reason and that's it. Justice Served.
How is this bad? If he gets a bunch of thumbs down while his answer is completely off it's his fault and the risk he takes.
Also, why post this in jokes / riddles?
yeah. I'm sure he feels pretty clever, with his 47% best answers... am I allowed to call someone a douch? lol
