i think that there was a loose cable or rope or smething that broke because of a malfunction in the ride, and then it wrapped around her legs, and then the ride couldn't be controlled, so the cable thing got tighter and tighter until it just amputated her legs off...
if it's real, i have no idea.
if it's made up, maybe she felt the need 2 relax so she stuck her feet out and- CLANG!!-they went like that . . .

One of the cables snapped on the "Tower of Power" drop ride severing her feet just below the ankle in Louisville, Kentucky. She was treated at University of Louisville Hospital.
My guess is they were prosthetics an she had to remove them to prevent loss during the ride and then someone stole them??? I m not sure?

she pretended to be superman n stretched out n BANG.. her legs were gone.
she lost her legs before the ride? or someone cut it off during the ride.
she had no legs, just fake ones, and had to check them with the workers before the ride started. then when she returned...they were gone!
