everything in the world has calories. An egg has calories, and adding toppings to it adds more calories... anytime you ingest something, you gain weight - you are adding mass to your body.... sometimes I don't understand why some people are so stupid.
a hard boiled egg has 76 calories......putting all those other stuff on it will just add to the 76 already in the egg.
If you remove the yellow liquid and take only white ones, it's reduce the calories.
