Well in most of the cases studied lately, the lap I presume must land some where on its way to hanging down to the knees from the chest.. You know some of these really really fat people who have a SLOW METABOLISM their laps swirl around the upper thigh I would imagine. No, no, sorry - lets not imagine it. I have seen some laps with thighs that you could rest a glass on. So don't worry.

a lap is not a term for a body part, it merrily means a pose in which you sit, that make a body part POSE. these poses are not to be bother with. it is vial not to differ the term of a pose with a body part.
