- Being Jolly in a No Jolly zone,
- Breaking and entering dwellings,
- Leaving un-addressed packages in violation of US Postal Laws,
- Intentional dumping of reindeer feces in sewer drains in

- Unlawful crossing of US Borders without reporting the crossing
