Question: There is a man that lives on the 13th floor of a building. When he goes to work he takes the elevator down to the 1st floor and then he goes to work. When he comes back, he goes all the way to the 10th floor and then takes the stairs to the 13th floor unless their is someone in there with him or it is raining outside. Why is this?
