You would do the mature thing and fess up to it. Chances are that if it is YOUR book and you left it on a desk, it won't be noticed. If, however, this book is school property and they hand them out at the beginning of each class, the chances of it being noticed are higher. If the teacher actually saw you drawing in the book and was waiting for you to leave it or turn it in, then the teacher already knows it was you.
Just do the right thing. You'll get in less trouble if you tell the truth than if you lie and they know that you're telling a lie.
Let this be a lesson to you. After all, we all learn from the mistakes we make in life.

I dont thnk school teachers would go peepin into ur excercise book! And if they did, you just say,"OMG! wht is this??!!""
