1372 big cat legs + 9604 kitten legs + 14 girlslegs = 10990 legs.

If there is also a driver there would be 10992 legs.

    7 bag x 7 cats = 49 cats x 4 legs = 196 legs in bags

    49 big cats x 7 little cats = 343 x 4 legs = 1372 other legs (not inside backpacks)
    210? 49 cats each with 4 legs, 7 girls each with 2 legs.
    so 49*4=196+14= 210.
