Question: I have finished this, but in the section re Big Ben a question is asked about the official time the clocks get put back or forward. I was under the impression it was 2am, but by process of elimination they are saying it is 1am, are they right?

2 goes to 1 in autumn
It depends whether it's near the summer or winter. I'm assuming since it's around Autumn / Winter time that the clocks would have been put back. So yes, they're most probably right.
It does not matter about getting it right as the claim phone number does not work so you can't enter!
