IF you were a friend in need and I understood most of your circumstances and if you considered me a friend; yes I would come and visit you in jail. Your question is to vague to answer it any other way for me for what I know--which is nothing about you. the seriousness of the crime would have nothing to do with my answer because a "friend" by definition is forever and a "acquaintance" is for the moment as long as the moment is good and comfortable for the acquaintance. Your state of mind and determination to correct your problem would determine whether I visited you again and again. Honesty under those conditions would be an asset to you. never "assume" true friends are the same as acquaintances. good luck
