Question: My first is in mission and also in floss
My seconds in trojan and also in doss
My third is in stupid but isn`t in moat
My fourth is in bottle and also in boat
My fifth is in pathway but isn`t in dark
My sixth is in paper and also in lark
My sevenths in scarecrow and also in scart
My eighth
is in knitting but isn`t in cart
The whole is on telly so i`ve made up this poem
And if you don`t like it i think i`ll go home

It's the closest i can get. My first guess was Soul War, but that is not even a program(that i know of)
For a moment I really thought it was South Park until I got to the sixth then realised I was wrong.
