Math Riddle?!

Question: I got this from http://www.mindchallenger.com There are new riddles and answers at the beginning of each month. Try this before going there for the answer

Find a 6 digit number in which the 1st digit is 1 less than the 2nd, the 3rd is half the 2nd, the 4th is 3 times the 3rd, and the last 2 digits are the sum of the 4th and 5th. The sum of all the digits is 24.
