Question: My friend was talking to someone else about this trick he knew. You sit on your hands for five minutes, and then you lock yourself in a toilet cubicle.

I believe they are trying to say that if you sit on your hands for 5 minutes, they will fall asleep. Then you go in the stall and masturbate - it will feel like someone else is doing because you don't have any feeling in your hands.
