Can you get this?!

Question: You are traveling down a road and come to a fork with two men standing there. One path leads to eternal damnation, the other eternal salvation. There are two men at the fork, one always lies, the other always tells the truth, but you don't know which is which. You can only ask one question to get on the right path. What is the question?

ummm dude this is exactly like my robot one

you ask either one which road would the other pick that would lead to eternal salvation?

cuz if you ask they lier he will obviously lie and tell you the wrong path and the guy that tells the truth will say the wrong one cuz he tells you the truth that the lier would pick the wrong path...

there for you would take the other path!!!!!!!!!!

I never figured out the answer to this one. Not even after someone told it to me.

What path with the other guy tell me to go on? Then take the opposite one

wheres the **** hole

why didn't you tell us the answer!!

It doesn't matter if you ask them which one is right. You can tell just by looking at the paths. The one on the right is still going to be right. Left is never right, unless you turn completely around, but then when you turn back around, its left again, so therefore, right is right.

well why dont u just give us the freaking answer?!?

I would say ''oww! my eye hurts!-which one is it?'' And then I'll know. Since this sounds like fantasy to me, what if 'always telling the truth' means knowing everything in order to tell it. If the man knows everything, he'll know that none of my eyes hurt. And then I'll know.
(I actually don't know the correct answer to this)

What path with the other guy tell me to go on? Then take the opposite one...
...because if i accidentenly asking the liar, then the liar would have to ask the other guy, the liar would say the other way around to me or if i happened to ask the other guy, he would tell me the exact thing the liar told him...at the end, i still get the wrong answer, so...take the opposite way!
