Tell them how proud you are to have the brother you have.
give him couple of character strengths and also tell them of some of the mischief (not too bad) that you and he and also he by himself got up to. Most of all that the advice given to Best Men and Bridegrooms, " Stand up Speak up and shut up" I hope you enjoy the occasion and your speech goes down well
Try and highhlight some of his past funny experiences, his caring nature(presuming he has one), his past family history,his contribution to the family in general and end with saying what a good egg he is.
Enjoy yourself. Pity I cannot be there to hear the result.
I would have thought that you must have some funny tales to tell about when he was a child or young man.
give a couple of one line jokes in between the prose qick clean gags usually go down well
