Question: Mr.X was amazed at this,and next day he again came to Mr.Y.Again he asked Mr.Y the time[this time Mr. X had his watch on].Mr Y again touched the testis donkey's testis and told the time.Mr.X saw his watch and the time said was correct.

the donkeys testis was blocking the line of sight of mr y towards the towerclock as he could be presumed he was sitting/squatting right behind the donkey so when mr x ask for the time mr y will just move the dangling testis and presto he could see the time at the towerclock.
Quite simple.Mr.X had come at 2 'o'clock and the time was correct and Y was also correct.
As Mr. X was busy looking at Mr Y touvhing the donkeys testies, Mr Y looked at his watch...
*Mr Y had his watch on the hand by which he touched the donkey's testis !!!! Simple !
He loooked at the watch while touching the testis and told mr. x the time !!!!
