You may feel that way but your boss probably does too. Like the one verse said, most people in upper positions still have people higher than them and they probably feel the exact same way you do. I like to look at it like an elevator. If you're low level and you fall, there's not that far to go, so you probably wouldn't get too hurt, but the higher up you go if you fall there will be a lot more damage done and the personal injuries will be much worse.
With your logic and brain, you should be the boss !
