Do NOT use paper and pencil or a calculator.
Take 1000 and add 40. Now add another 1000. Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add 10. What is the total?
Answers: 5000. [[lol.....it's 4100]]

wow......i feel so stupid. My mind tricked me into thinking it was 1000, not 100

For a second I thought it might be 5000, but I knew it was probably supposed to be a trick, so i went over it again.

40+30+20+10=100
4000+100=4100 lol wowza kwool took me a while cause i kept getting 5000, then i tried using a calculator and got 3200 lol then finally i got 4100 if its a silly teen thing im 13 years old and i did 5000
i swear Look it doesnt work in net and also you shouldnt warn them that its tricky
98 out of 100 answer this as 5000
but here of course everyone would say 4100
