Nothing To do with jokes.. Need more opinions.. Discrimination......Is IT...or NOT....Tell me what you think?

What we would like to know is.....Is it discrimination if your boss (or his 2ic) plasters notices up on the wall for the public (meaning the customers) to see.... The notices are: 1. About theft apparently going on in the shop...and staff is to read and sign.... If staff are working solo then a receipt is to be printed and signed before putting in the till... 2. Staff Rosters - They are put up on the wall for not only the public to see but a STALKER (which happened to a staff member) to see...
the 3rd is: A sign was put up about jobs that were meant to be done every shift, but that ain't a major...

The problem is....... There is a place for the notices to be put up so that the staff can read and sign them (which is in the back of the store where the staff collect their wages slips) BUT for some ridiculous reason they have put them up on the wall for the WORLD to see....

Now that I have had my b*tch ramble...please feel free to break it down for me if it is discrimination or not....

All answers coming through are groovy...but...
What if it isn't the first time this has happened at the shop??? What about if the Management as well as the "Owner" has been confronted about the problem by the staff and the Police and yet they haven't removed the notices yet....
Bare in mind...this has happened before to staff that have worked there or still do... and YES... the notices seem to come up after NEW staff have started...... How do you think the new staff feel.....


Answers:

Yes-go to your manager and demand he remove the most offending images for a customer to see-lack of trust, privacy, and a wishlist that obviously doesn't get adhered to. The sight of these private documents would make me want to go someplace else to do business because your manager is obviously a stupid ****.
