there was a man who lived on the 7th floor of his appartment building. on rainy days he would take the elevator all the way up to the 7th floor, but on sunny days he would take the elevator to the 5th floor, get off at the 5th floor and walk the rest of the way up the stairs to the 7th floor. why?

becasue he was a midget. on rainy days he had an unbrella and used it to push the button on the 7th floor which was no win reach. on sunny days he doesnt have the umbrella so he only goes to the 5th floor becasue he cant reach the 7th
