Riddle for you.?
A farmer had 17 cows and 3 sons. He died, and in his will he split the cows up this way. The first son the oldest got 1/2 of the cows. The second son recieved 1/3 of the cows. The third son the youngest got 1/9 of the cows. Can you tell me how many cows each son recieved. I'll post the answer later if no one gets this.
Answers:
They borrowed a cow from a neighbor, making 18. The oldest got 9, the next got 6, and the last got 2. That makes 17, then they returned the neghbor's cow. Love it!
