A few months ago I posted a question about chocoholics?
I was one, for many years, I bought chocolate, enjoyed it tremendously then I realised I was hooked, and asked if any one else was too, lots of yes.
But I just wanted to share that I had a goal to go one mnth w/o
and I did, all of June ..
It was diffficult at first, but I found others things sugar free stuff and gradually the yearning went away, so 7 weeks later I bought sugar free dark dove and had a few pcs and the bags still here, then the true test last night I bought Hagen Daz Chocolate rocky road CVS had buy get one free, and honestly I gawked at the sugary taste after two spoonfuls,,,,that int he trash today.
Go Ya for me! I am no longer a chocoholic
