A very timely question! British historians have recently discovered that Humpty Dumpty was quite full of rum when he fell off the wall. He fell into a pail of milk a servant was bringing to his master. Rather than milk the cow a second time the servant mixed it all together. We now know this was the beginning of egg nogg.
