During a staff meeting in heaven, god, moses and st. peter concluded that the behaviour of the former president Clinton had necessitated the creation of an eleventh commandment. the three worked long and hard in a brainstorming sessionto try to settle on the wording of the new commandment because they were aware that it should have the majesty and dignity as the other ten. after many revisions, they finally agreed the eleventh commandment should be 'thou shalt not comfort thy rod with thy staff.
