Why is he dumb?
he just moved to a new 4 bed 2 bath house wit his buddy that left to dallas w/out paying the utility bills. he has no food. the food he does have is spoiled. the thing is, that he thinks his buddy payed the bills and they just turned off the lights for no reason.

hmm..he should know that his buddy did'nt pay the bill cause the lights r off... he needs a job and more people to live there....he probably jus looked at the bathroom and said ok so only two people can move in...lols...and he should have asked the guy if he payed the utility bills.... anyway, i really dont know....oh well... have a nice day!!! take care...*LUVS* mishi
