From what I know its the same!. So for example if were going to compare venus signs Taurus can go best with either Virgo or Capricorn!.
Everywhere I find they do compatibilities for all the planets!.!.!.But not all together!. It just depends on how compilable you are with other planets not just the sun!.
So maybe Aquarius and Pisces don't get along (i've read somewhere they don't but then I read they get along great!.!.!.So idk) But I'm a pisces who gets along well with Aquarius but then her moon is a Taurus which gets along great with my Pisces Moon =]!. (Pisces and Taurus usually get along according to sun signs)

Sun signs don't really account for much as far as compatibility goes!. What you are really looking for is Chiron aspects!. Juno works too but in a very different way!. Chiron is selfless love, Juno is selfish "love" if it can be called love at all!.
