Yeah I got a problem with the way they come up with this!. What would they do with twin girls, one born on December 31st at 11:30pm and the other twin born at 12:30 am on January 1st!. I think If I was deciding when the cut off point would be, it would be the day kids go to school!. If you are 4 at the time school starts you can go to junior kindergarten!. Or in another school system, If you are 5 when you start school you can go to kindergarten!. I have seen kids that are still 3 go to junior kindergarten and other kids that are almost 5 when they start, because of the time they were born!. I go to school with people born a year later than me:( There are a few people in my year but they are mainly a year later!. My birthday is in November!. I don't understand how people born in January would get affected!. It depends on the state I was born in November of 1992, and I am with other people born in 1992!. I have classmates whose birthdays range from January 1st 1992 to December 26th 1992 (not that that is the cut off point that's just what we have), but that is in NY!. NJ is different, every state is different!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
