what does it mean when a scorpio asks what your plans are !.!.!. and then they never follow through with getting together!?
not like they made plans and didnt follow throught !.!.!. just that they asked you and it didnt go any further from there!?

Were just very intrigued people, we don't mean no harm by it!. We like to delve into people's lives so we figure what makes them tick, what makes them so nice, what makes them so mean etc!. I love finding out what makes people tick, its a fascinating process for me :)
