Question: Do the personal planets hold more importance than the outer planets!?
Okay, are the signs found in the sun, moon, mercury, venus, and mars more important than the other planets signs!. Like do they influence us more!?
Since Saturn all the way to pluto can apply to so many people and such!. I mean I see their traits in me like pluto in scorpio, but it just minor in me!.
I guess Jupiter is a toss up though!. I also understand that aspects make a difference, but in general just the signs in planets!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It depends on a whole series of things!. First; what house are the outer planets in!? Second; what aspect do they make to any personal planets!? Third; where are your personal planets situated!?
I don't think any planet holds more importance over another, but that it simply depends on how it is exhibited in the personality!. There are easily people who can have a very prominent Pluto or Saturn while others have very prominent Venus's and Mercuries!. Just as an example!.
The outer planets in the houses are still different for everyone born in the same period of time, so the characteristics that come from that combination will be more obvious compared to outer planets in the signs!. Those three things put together (planet/house/sign) also interact in completely different ways depending on the combination of the three!.

Well the personal planets are just that, more personal!. However, the other planets do have an effect on you and your generation!. also, the aspects and house placements are what make them unique to your chart!. If those planets are in your 1st house, or make aspects to your inner planets, they become more prominent!. Jupiter is still a personal planet, and I would even say that Saturn is too, though it moves more slowly!.
Anyway, you said you know the aspects make a difference, so I didn't really need to say that!. To answer your question, I still think they have an effect on your personality!. It's just that they are less noticeable without aspects, since they are generational!. If you observe the behavior of a generation as a whole, you can see the effects!. I don't pay too much attention to my Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto so much!.

personal planets shape your basic qualities and are more tailored to just you, but the outer planets shape things like your values and affect generations and groups of people because they move slower (but they are bigger)!.!.!.and they all influence us!.!.!.so they are ALL importantWww@Enter-QA@Com
