I have Gemini rising and I am a gemini moon does that make me a moon rising!?
Or does it have to be more specific!?

If your Moon is in the 1st house and conjunct the Ascendant then you would have your Moon rising!. You're still a Gemini rising regardless of the planets rising with it!.
It's also rising if it is at the end of the 12th, but it must be conjunct the Ascendant!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

there is no such thing as a moon rising in the astrological world!. Only ascendents and rising signs are consider a rising!. I've never once hear of a moon rising!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
