Do you find that the subject/issues those placements represent, are something you have to deal with over and over in your life!?

Very cool question!. I have often thought about this!. I composed a forward to a book on retrogrades and in my thinking, of course allowing for the fact that many others will not agree with me!.!.!.!.the term 'Retro' means a variety of different things!. A planet in "retrograde" can be looked at in this way: Retro means to return to!.!.!.or have the ability to understand that very concept!. It does not mean a malefic across the board!. Think about it in this way: To REturn to, REvisit, REsend, REunion!.!.!.!.!.there are four examples of this!.!.!.and from my way of seeing it, those blessed with a retrograded planet have an innate ability to be a 'sensitive' in these matters accordant to astrological and house placement!.!.!.!.!.it is worth a thought anyway is it not!? Most people i know have groaned at the thought of a retrograde in their natal chart!.!.!.!.but i see it as more of a blessing than anything else!.!.!.they are far more sensitive and even psychic!.!.!.!.!.great question and though many may not agree with me, this is exactly how i see it!

Yes, I do think that my planets in retro are the places where I have to improve myself and get to a higher point of thinking!. They're a little like squares to me!. My planets in retro are self-improvement tools, and even if they might prove to be difficult, I honestly like the concept of improving myself through Astrology!. Those placements are like mini tests, and in order to pass, you have to get past all the insecurities, difficulties and general issues that they carry with them!.
My Pisces Saturn, Capricorn Uranus, and Capricorn Neptune all in retrograde!. Saturn in retrograde makes me undervalue myself, Uranus in retro makes me have a difficult time fitting in with people, and makes me feel so much more different than other people!. Neptune in retro makes me feel guilty for things that I shouldn't even think twice about!.
